SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Currently, shipping is only available within Australia.
We aim to have all orders processed with a turnaround of 2-4 weeks as we work to customize according to your design.

Local pick up is available from Hurstville, New South Wales.
Address for Local Pick up will be provided when order is ready to collect.

Shipping options are Australia Post. If you have another preference for courier please let us know and we will quote you.
Re-Delivery
Under the circumstances that the parcel has been returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address on the parcel, we will organise a re-delivery at the customers’ own expense. We use the exact details provided on the order; please make sure the shipping address is correct before finalising your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.

 

Refunds: in the event of items damaged in transit, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged a 10% fee for administrative and merchant fees to cancel your order and all return shipping costs.

In the event an item is out of stock we will refund the items back to your method of payment.
